Returns & Exchanges

At Lobo Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  • 2.
    Package Your Footwear

    Place the unworn shoes back in their original Lobo Footwear box and secure them inside a shipping mailing bag to protect the packaging.

  • 3.
    Print and Attach Label

    Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

  • 4.
    Drop Off and Track

    Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
